Chris is a Los-Angeles-based filmmaker and educator. He has written, produced, directed, acted, and edited feature films, television shows, documentaries, commercials and music videos for the last fifteen years. He is working on his fourth feature screenplay and is in pre-production on his third feature film. His work has been distributed globally. His projects have been released theatrically, on cable, DVD, and online. Chris is an award-winning filmmaker and educator. He is a proven, successful leader in career and technical education in the arts, media, and entertainment industry sector. He is an Apple-Certified trainer in Final Cut Pro 7 and X. Chris won the 2012 Apple Distinguished Program award for his Academy of Media Arts and was named a 2015 Orange County, CA Outstanding Arts Educator. His humanitarian efforts led him to establish the SoCal Student Film Festival, a national, high school, student film festival, which is partnered with Taco Bell and the Taco Bell Foundation and sponsored by Canon and QSC. Festival sponsors have included the U.S.C. School of Cinematic Arts, Chapman University, Columbia College Hollywood, the New York Film Academy, and Viewsonic.
