Claudio Cea

Claudio Cea is a Motion Picture Editor working in feature films, documentaries, commercials, and film trailers.
A member of the Europeam Film Academy and the Swiss Film Academy, Claudio is an alumnus of the Vancouver Film School in Canada and the International Film School of Cologne in Germany, and an AVID Certified Instructor.

Born to Italian parents in Switzerland, he is fluent in English, Italian, French and German.

Claudio has studied under Motion Picture Editors Eric Zumbrunnen (John Carter from Mars, Being John Malkovich), Patricia Rommel (Life of Others, The Tourist), Barbara Hennings (Marlene, Aimee and Jaguar) and many others.

He has attended Editing Workshops and Master Classes by Don Cambern (Easy Rider), Peter Przygodda (Wings of Desire, Don´t Come Knocking), James Haygood (Fight Club, Tron Legacy), Graham Hartstone (re-recording Mixer Blade Runner, Aliens), Pat Jackson (Sound Designer Apocalypse Now, The English Patient), Paul Davies (Sound Designer Hunger, We need to talk about Kevin), Monika Willi (Editor Amour, White Ribbon) and Sylvia Ingemarsson (Editor Fanny and Alexander, Faithless, Autumn Sonata)
