Dickie Skinz is a force that compels, captivates and inspires. In the entertainment machine that often specializes in prefabricated stars and neatly wrapped packages that look the right way, Dickie growls at the majors as he proves independent is the way to go. What makes Dickie so special? His work ethic, his knowledge, the skills, the beats, the rhymes, his pure essence. The way he commands attention behind the camera, on the stage, in the studio or on the silver screen and television. In his spare time he has managed to work on or in over 60 films and network TV shows. Considered by many industry insiders as one of the top talents to watch in both Hollywood and the music business.

Dickie is currently directing the high flying Action film "Hurricane Chasers" filming in New England.

Dickie is also directing the action film Broken Raven starring (Survivorman) Les Stroud, John Popper (Blues Traveler) and more.

He will also begin filming and directing a scripted golf TV Pilot " A Swing That's Pure" (Drama) and the short film "Loose Ends" (Action Thriller). He's also producing or directing additional movies this year "Left For Dead" (Thriller) and the Web series "Snatched" (Crime Drama). He's helped develop, film, finance and produce multiple reality series.

He has had roles in What Doesn't Kill You, Gone Baby Gone, Justice For Us, West Run, Brooklyn Knights, Sea of Green and more. He has also had roles on the TV shows Brotherhood (Showtime) and Medium (NBC). Some of the talent he has worked with include Multi Oscar winner Ben Affleck. Movie greats Ethan Hawke, Mark Ruffalo, Alex Rocco, Brian Goodman, Christopher Walken, Leon, Lonette Mckee, Eric Roberts, Sticky Fingaz, Amanda Peete and more.

Musically Dickie has been compared with the likes of Dr. Dre, Timberland, The RZA, and Kanye West for his songwriting and production talent on both sides of the mixing board. Dickie truly is the triple threat. He has rocked hundreds of live shows all over the world. From clubs and arenas to festivals of 80,000. Skinz has opened for Run Dmc, Das Efx, Big Shug, Jeru, Naughty By Nature, Onyx, La Coka Nostra & many more. He was a nominee for a Boston Music Award for Hip Hop Producer of The Year. He has worked with Platinum producers & songwriters Malik Williams, Rich Cronin, Cappadonna, Devon Lima and more.

Skinz is in the process of mixing his latest Double Album Dickie Skinz - "No Cure For Stupid" He has been working on numerous films and music projects all over North America. Skinz has been producing, filming & writing for artists of every genre and walk of life. Credits include film, TV, rock to rap, pop to jazz and everything in between. While doing his thing he's been gathering video footage for his DVD series, that will coincide with the launch of his clothing line.
