Dija Henry is an actress, writer, and filmmaker based in the Midwest. She has been acting professionally for 15 years starting out in improv and then attending Purdue University gaining degrees in theater and biomechanics. It sounds like a weird pairing but it simply reflects her love of art and wellness.
Whether it's performing on stage, screen, commercials, print work and voice over, Dija brings passion, creativity and her unique perspective to all of her work.
She continues her education with the Indy Actors Academy and Classes at Second City in Chicago.
Recently, Dija published her first book "I Dare You Not to Compare Yourself to Others" and has been requested to speak at several women's events. She likes to think it's because she brings fun to everything she does.
A few of her favorite films are those that inspire the human spirit...with a little laughter along the way.
