We take early career producers and give them hands-on training and mentoring, circumventing years of trial and error! We give creators the tools they need to get their vision to screen and market. IN 2025, PUNC particpants moved on to jobs at TMZ, receive film festival awards for their work, and to create their own series. We need a Production Assistant, and we need a Rainmaker for donations and corporate partnerships. Both can work remote. For the rainmaker, - we pay a % of all investment and all donations coming into the organization, and as introduction fees on productions which have financial partners that you have arranged.
