The comedian judge will play a pivotal role in the inaugural Midtown Show by evaluating comedy routines submitted by aspiring and professional comedians worldwide.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in comedy, an eye for originality, and the ability to judge various comedy styles, including stand-up, improv, and sketch comedy.

Dates & Locations
Runs May-July 2025 (judges will review submissions and provide feedback) and Aug. 1 (final event, judges may need to be available for final evaluations and winner selections) remotely.
Compensation & Contract
Total Pay: $500.00 for an estimated 5 hours of work (flat rate)
Additional: In addition to a compensation of $500 for their time and expertise, judges will gain exposure and networking opportunities within the comedy industry. They will play a crucial role in shaping the future stars of comedy by participating in a groundbreaking, globally accessible online event. This role provides a platform to share your insight and experience, influencing new comedic talents.

For consideration, submit a one-minute comedy routine and complete the application form. Ensure your video submission adheres to the following guidelines: the content must be publicly accessible, free of hate speech, discrimination, and offensive material, and should showcase your ability to evaluate various comedy styles. Submissions that do not meet these criteria will not be considered. Selected candidates will be contacted for further steps in the recruitment process.
