Jacelyn P. Johnson hails from the historically eclectic and exponential state of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jacelyn is an innovative, talented, creative force with a huge heart for helping others exceed in their dreams and passions in life. The youngest daughter of W Rayford Johnson (Band Conductor/ Retired Music Teacher) and Irma J. Johnson (Retired Assistant Principle). Jacelyn grew up in a very structured, musical and theatrical household. Jacelyn would frequent the Guthrie Theater with her father, “The Voice” of The Sounds of Blackness, for their annual Christmas show, “The Night Before Christmas” rehearsals and performances. After one show, Jacelyn gained a love for the performing arts. As an eager yet curious child, Jacelyn would tag along with her father to work with all of his former students at musical functions and studio sessions: The Sounds of Blackness, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Mint Condition, Next and more.


Jacelyn’s curiousity grew into an appreciation for the performing arts. Jacelyn, known for her roles in the following films, “Going for Broke”, “Coming Together”, and lead role in “Call Box, studied Theater Arts at Hampton University, Alabama State University by way of Auburn University with a focus on African Anthropology. Jacelyn migrated to Los Angeles 7 years ago to continue her pursuit in the entertainment industry as a Theatrically trained Actress, Dancer, Choreographer and Creative Writer. Jacelyn recently went back to school for business to start her long term dream of assisting her community through the creative development of her entertainment company, JAHPenée Productions: The Oracle of Life's Evolutions. JPP is a Los Angeles based Film/T.V. Production Company that provides an artistic platform for the entertainer through outsourcing. We handle the Pre to Post Production for the Entertainment Industry which in turn provides jobs within the Entertainment Industry. JPP is connected with several affiliate company’s: HitMakerSociety, Distinctive Media & Co., Mahogany Productions and Sparkle Productions. JPP is uniting with like minded production company’s in order to create a large entertainment conglomerate wherein all entertainers will benefit through training, creating and developing their own content. Jacelyn P. Johnson’s company, JAHPenée Productions, is currently experiencing an exciting time of year. The business is rapidly expanding it’s bandwidth to have a greater impact on the industry as well as the community.
