Kim Kaplan

Kim Kaplan, known to many over the years as one of Sacramento’s leading ladies in morning radio, has continued her success as Creative Director of her company Kim Kaplan Productions, which she has co-owned with her husband George Salgado since 2003. As a voiceover actor, Kim has done thousands of radio and television commercials and continues to offer voiceover services and coaching through KKP. Kim is currently working on her ambition as a writer while she continues to run her company, serving a number of different clients, from product manufacturers, start-ups and entrepreneurs to TV and film producers and non-profit organizations. Kim has also been very successful as a crowdfunding specialist and consultant, creating and managing crowdfunding campaigns that have collectively raised over 1.5 million dollars in the past three years. KKP has used crowdfunding as a way for her clients to obtain different objectives, from launching a project or product to obtaining market research.
