About Kentrell

I have a barber/stylist license, a degree in Chemistry, and a medical degree, and my passion is the literary arts. I love to read, write, and learn new things. I also enjoy hanging out in Knoxville, TN, where my son trains to become a boxer. He also trains as a model with the Gage Talent Agency there. I can usually be found staring at mesmerizing art with a medical journal, the O magazine, or a novel in hand.

I am blessed to have leadership positions in several organizations, including the Crossroads Film Society. I have written some pretty amazing stories (mainly in the family drama genre) all set in the South that I hope will attract an agent one day.

I love to watch movies, especially ones starring Morgan Freeman (another Mississippi native). I can spot an amazing, life-changing film from a mile away! My life's dream is to write an amazing, life-changing script – one that heals.

Unique traits: Beautiful abstract art is my weakness.
