Introduce Yourself : Introductions! by Kelly-Marie Murtha

Hello everyone in Stage32 land! My name is Kelly-Marie Murtha and I am a Toronto based actor. I've been acting in the city for a while now, mostly films with some theatre thrown in for good measure. I love making films, the whole process. I love exploring dark characters, having fun with comedic characters and just about everything in-between! I love challenges that comes with taken on a new personality! So while I enjoy being in front of the lens, I have taken the step to behind the camera and will be directing my first film in September, called Smart Work, under my production company name of Lethal Murky Productions. It is a short film based on a short story written by my grandfather back in the '30s. Casting is complete, my DOP is wonderful and so talented, that I see this going far!
