On Writing : Theater opportunities in NY...how :) by Kimberly Perdue-Sims

Hello Creative People! I'm FINALLY moving to NY the first of Feb. (Yippee!) One of the reasons is to expand my love of writing and directing for the stage. I have experience but only in very small venues in metro Atlanta. Who, how, what, where do I being in the Big Apple? Are there any organizations I should join? Script submission suggestions? Theaters to contact/avoid? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks and continued prosperity and peace! Kim
