Post-Production : DVX100B and laptop by Michael F. Tomasso

DVX100B and laptop I'm trying to import footage from my DVX100B to my laptop for editing. My lap top doesn't have a firewire port, just 2 USB 2.0 inputs and 1 USB 3.0 input and a HDMI port. Can anyone tell me what adapters or cables I need to import into my laptop? Can I import via the modular LAN port(ethernet)?
