I've been using Entettainment Partners Movie Magic Scheduling and Budgeting as well as Microsoft Project for a while now, but they don't really track and visually show a project the way that I want so I always end up reverting back to Excel for organizing a live project. I recently discovered JIRA Software and I'm excited to give it a shot as it seems very visual and extremely useful for organizing a live project as well as organize information between departments. https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
