A few years back when all WGA writers fired their agents, a few boutique agencies signed their agreement to get back to work first and the big agencies soon followed. May not be apples to apples but good on Lightyear LA for doing right by SAG-AFTRA talent, acknowledging their worth and making this deal. I hope the big studios follow suit.
