More than just an Arts and Culture Centre, Saliqmiut symbolizes hope for the community of Tuk. Artists can perfect their craft, Elders can continue to share stories and traditional knowledge, visitors can learn more about the history of Tuk and the rich culture, and more importantly the community can gather, take pride in being Inuvialuit and preserve the culture for future generations to come.
