Jesse Torres left the ranch for the Big City only to find himself next door to his childhood best friend in a neighborhood of drugs, gangs and broken dreams. Jesse's only solace is a local girl, Lil' Bit, who is owned by a mobster. Jesse is forced to make some hard choices with dangerous consequences.
