HollyShorts Film Festival in partnership with World Woman Foundation is a significant step to
empower our younger generations to grow up knowing how to make their voices heard.
Providing filmmakers with the tools to necessary to achieve these powerful roles in the film industry will change the topics of important conversations to become more gender inclusive,while developing solutions for amplifying female voices in the film industry.

negotiations because they got all the rights and your creative vision got lost in the corporate
shuffle? This primer on intellectual property specially designed from feedback from past
HollyShorts festivals will focus on the importance of creating and “owning things” and will
highlight the differences between copyright, trademark, trade secret and patents. Using real
world examples and providing positive solutions, this workshop hopes to bring out the "BOSS"
in everyone..
