About Melanie

MELANIE GAYLE...aka Mel G...from NW London has many strings to her bow. Known for acting, presenting, singing/rapping and comedy. Mel just loves entertaining and making people laugh, so her latest journey into comedy is perfect for her. Mel is full of energy, a bit cheeky and keeps it real. A recent Comedy Novice Graduate and Golden Jester Quarter finalist 2014. Mel will also be doing the 1st Heat of Funny Women 2014 and hosting the brand new UK Unsigned Comedy Contest in May 2014. All of this after just 2 months on the circuit!!

Mel attended stage school as a child and studied drama, dance and music. In 2012 Mel decided to use her acting skills and started auditioning for various roles. So far acting has been very successful for Melanie who has done a variety of feature and short films, web series, commercials & Music Videos. More info here.

Melanie is very charismatic, bubbly and great on camera and has always wanted to be a TV Presenter. After doing a presenting course Melanie was chosen to present a few music related shows for Inna TV. This was a great experience and inspired Melanie to present and produce her own unique International Music Video show called “The Real Thing”. The show features fresh International talent from a variety of musical genres. Giving new artists that much needed promotion and exposure required to make it in the music industry. With her creativity, passion, knowledge and love for music the show is bound to be a success.
