Hi C.m., I think you should combine this into a single sentence, something like: One man goes on a mission to travel back in time and prevent the invention of a time machine in order to thwart a well-intentioned time traveler from creating a world of fear and oppression instead. Time travel maybe a well-worn path, so this script would have to have something distinct to set apart.

Thanks for the input. I can see from your comment that the story is not coming across quite the way I'd like. I guess it's back to the drawing board.
