About Phoebe
I'm an actress, born in Houston and raised in Chicago! I focus on Film, Television, and Voice- over mostly, but started out and built my foundation in theater. Behind the camera, I love working as a reader on peoples productions and during the audition process. I have an undergrad degree from Columbia College Chicago in Theater Arts and a Masters Degree in Acting for Film from New York Film Academy. I currently reside and am represented in Houston, Tx.
