Hey folks! I'm an actor living in Los Angeles. Comedy stuff is my main jam (although I love performing in any kind of piece/genre). I'm looking to branch out and work with a writer. I have a bunch of ideas but don't have time to write them all up. I'd rather work with someone who writing is their main goal and make awesome things with a comedy (maybe dark comedy?) writer and director. Yay!

I write comedies about dark comedy write-offs!
There's only one way to find out, Parker. Come at me, bro. ;-)

I sent a sample of my lamest stuff to Jodi. Let her judge.
I only have one pure dark comedy piece posted, my short titled "It Runs in the Family." My script for the first episode of "Loveless" is dark with some comedy sprinkled in. We eagerly await your judgment, Jodi. :-D

You're toast. The script I sent Jodi has a 12-year-old girl with Down's Syndrome getting an abortion on her dining room table while a giant carving of Jesus on the cross looks on. The machine malfunctions, and baby bits splatter all over Christ's face. After that, it gets sicker.
Gore splattered on a crucifix? Yawn... :-D

Well let me see on my table now is my Austin Powers parody, as well as a Gilbert&Sullivan /Shakespeare mash up...and working on a new project in Urban Gothic and an old project I'm eventually going to have to finish in heroic fantasy
Re: Austin Powers parody - doing a parody of a parody is VERY difficult. I don't think i've ever seen anybody pull it off. Good luck!

wheee!
not so much comedy, but...Right now I'm in the last third of a Gothic arc. My Lycanthrope and Nosferatu tend to be a bit "thorough". I had one reduce somebody to smear on a white shag carpet, gore bits, and wall splatter. Also used the crucifixion bit a few times, it does have its place.
