Your Stage : Looking for webseries fest and voice over reel production by Jerrell Pippens

Hello I'm in the process of completing 10 eps of a webseries so now I'm looking for some we fest to put it in as well as any other way to possibly get distribution being as though I hear foreign distribution of american web/ new media content can be lucrative. And I'm also looking for a producer or place to record a respectable voice over reel for commercials. All the places I checked on line charge 1000 bucks and more look for a place much much much cheeper.
