Peter: I'm not a film financier so I leave the choices re scripts and genres up to the independent producer and do not really get involved on the creative side. My work is limited to the legal tasks associated with investor offerings. Usually it involves production financing, but sometimes investor-financed development or so-called P&A deals. I've also had clients seek to raise money from investors for music projects, television pilots, television series, documentaries and/or film slates.
