Newly formed production company. We are three writers/producers/directors and have multiple projects across all media platforms. Wondering which would be best to reach out to initially... entertainment lawyer, manager, agent? We are all new to this. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Hire the lawyer first. They are the "hired gun" that will advise you on the legal aspects of contracts with managers, agents, and everybody else.

Sounds like you're at an early stage of learning how to produce. If so, I'd recommend joining FilmSpecific.com for advice on how to put together biz plans, budgets, reach out to talent, and fund your projects. Lawyers, managers, and agents come much later on the learning curve.
Everyone has good advice on a lawyer, but what do they charge?
Thank you for the feedback everyone!
