Introduce Yourself : My Introduction... (yes, both 'tongue AND cheek...') by Chistopher Lewis

Hi everyone, My name is Chris Lewis. I'm a Chicago Voice Talent currently residing just outside of Louisville in a place called 'Elizabethtown' (Never heard of it? Me neither BUT there apparently IS a movie so.... Yeah.) I could go into all kind of the standard boring bio-data (proud parent, Navy vet, Dram/Comm major Columbia College-Chicago, University of New Orleans, Katrina survivor/ex_Superdome resident/'refugee', how many years I've nibbled/suckled at the entertainment teat, the VO projects I've worked on, the film/TV sets I've spent time on and in what capacity, etc.) but I won't, you've all read it a million times before and will likely glance and glaze over at entries like it a trillion times more. (And I'll be all too happy to bore you ad nauseum upon request pretty much about any of it, so feel free to ask) for now however, Just know that some people, a few anyway, my Clients, my agent(s), even my in-laws (now THAT'S a tough room, let me TELL ya...) Think that behind a mic is where I belong.... Now, is that just a diplomatic way for them to tell me that I'm a touch homely and that I perhaps, have a WAY more attractive voice than I do a face?... Eh, maybe but opinions vary (however slightly) and I tend to take my kudos where I can get them; such is the whore-like nature of my existence. Anyway, that being said, I'm here to pimp myself out, so stop on by my homes on the web. I look forward to the interaction, socialization and networking opportunities and of course, the exchange of ideas.
