I basically would like to know if anyone through successful in gaining a financier offer stage 32?I see some people tend to put those up in the job section looking for financiers but I would love to know those were actually successful. I recently just signed a distribution deal for a slate of 10 films that me and my producing partner have written which is great. Technically speaking the hard part or one of the hard parts is over. But now I'm looking for a financier to be able to fund the entire slate and I wanted to know is it worth it to advertise that here or other avenues?

You have a firm distribution deal? Guaranteed? For all ten regardless of the performance of any movie? Is there a number attached to that deal? Like marketing? Clearly no advance because you need financing but what about payment for distribution rights? All back end?
Deal is firm contracts are in hand. Can show you if need be. We have two offers from two different distributors. No fees. Distributor wants 30% of backend. 15k cap on their marketing expenses Distributor marketing expenses do not come out of our budget. They cover it and recoup expenses from sales. I can send slate with budgets for each. In the case you or someone you know is interested.
Kevin, It sounds very interesting that you have firm distribution deal in hand for 10 films. Is there any way to see any of your prior completed film, if any? and results?

Signed sometime ago. In post production of my short film as POC for financing of full length. pretty exciting stuff. If interested email me kmartin@kaleidosightfilms.com
Though I'm sure was meant in a negative way… received funding for two of our films that were on that slate… First film goes into pre production September of this year
