Hi folks, I'm new here, so far I like what I see. I have signed 4 book deals with smaller publishers, and have developed 2 screenplays for producers. My question is; How do you feel about agents? I don't have one, should I and how hard is to land one? Any leads?

There is no one way to get an agent. It is difficult to land a good agent, but it's not impossible. I'd submit work to screenplay contests, attend film festivals and have plenty of scripts and business cards with you to pass around. You can also submit to agencies. The key is to keep writing and keep getting feedback on your work. Good luck!
