Just found out about this site and wanted to introduce myself. I'm a(n aspiring) writer/director looking to meet fun creative people to bounce ideas off of and help in any way I can! Don't be shy, and say hello!
@Alejandra: I'm still pretty much a novice, but the stories/ideas I come up with are dramas that tend to deal with isolation and freedom, and navigating the space in between. However, in terms of my own taste, I pretty much like everything :)
Cool, I love the isolation theme, it usually leads to some interesting ideas. Have you ever seen "Subconcious Cruelty"? It's premise is that if we lose our racional side of the brain and live only with the creativity one, our subconcious cruelty would win over the instinct to do/be good - and it shows lots of examples of said cruelty. It's very hard to watch, but it's a nightmare to think that if our minds could be totally and completely free, evil would most likely win. Anyway, whenever you want to bounce some ideas, speak up! =)
Thanks for the warm welcome, ladies :) Hope to see you around!
