Screenwriting : Stage 32 Coverage by Jim Eckmann

Stage 32 Coverage

Just rec'd coverage of my one-hour TV pilot, and was waaaay impressed. First off the potential reviewers are set forth for all to see, and one can research their backgrounds and select industry experts.. That means we're not sending our work to God-knows-who and hoping for the best. Second, the coverage was received timely, if not a couple days ahead of the two-week target. Third, the coverage was superb (I selected the Premium level), with several pages of great analyses, critical comments and -- here's the best part -- some concrete suggestions of ways to improve. While we all hope our every word will excite peals of praise, the receipt of tough-love coverage can be a humbling experience. The Stage 32 approach gave me the resolve to take a deep breath and start the re-write on Monday. Great value! Jim Eckmann (www.jimeckmann.com)!
