Screenwriting : Starting Again... by Brandon White

I had started a script back in the fall. Its a relationship comedy that I would categorize as an urban Woody Allen short film like Annie Hall on Gunhill. So in the beginning of the process I was thoroughly enjoying getting back into what drives me. I got halfway through and things fell apart in my life. I had two deaths in my family and the show I was working with stalled production and eventually everything came to a screeching halt. Now I didn't feel ready to do another scene until Saturday. I found the nerve to go back in and finish some new material. It was such a cathartic experience I was able to let all of the pain go! I had to share these thoughts to see if I can inspire and motivate someone else. Even its hard to write and seems impossible if you have do your best to find a way.
