Convert SWF Flash files to MOV files on a Mac

Does anyone know a free or inexpensive app for this conversion?

Apparently MacX Video Converter Pro was specially designed to help convert SWF to MOV. Not tried myself. It's $34 tho http://www.macxdvd.com/mac-video-converter-pro/
