So I am new to this marvelous world, And beyond thrilled to see so many who share such passion. I love acting, i love being silly , I love making short skits . I want to learn more to make actual short films . I strongly plan to invest in myself this year. any pointers?

Hey Michelle, welcome! i would say take some film acting courses, check out these webinars and read lots of plays. Also get to know yourself wholeheartedly especially the dark areas; great tools. You are your instrument and your product. Know it, own it and use it. Good luck and hope to see you in some projects soon :)
