I am a Career Coach and Stage 32 Next Level Webinar presenter, who has worked simultaneously for 20 years in entertainment. I know the importance of follow up. I also know the challenges of following up when you're not getting a response. So read my answer at http://www.thegreenlightcoach.com/blog/262-question-7/
You are funny, Lisa. The good news is, if you're aware of that kind of behavior, there's a great chance you are NOT exhibiting it. It's those who aren't aware of their behavior that get into trouble. I appreciate your comment!
Thank you ,Lisa! Glad the timing was right and you passed on the info.
So happy to help, Kathryn!

Thanks for sharing! This is one of those existential crisis situations for sure, followed by lots of second guessing that either you should or shouldn't have done the opposite of whatever you did or didn't do to follow up!

As someone who knows about being on both sides about being a pest I downloaded your eBook. At times being eager and hungry can come across as being a pest. The key is treating it like an IV drip, a little at a time. Great blog and useful information!

Thank you, David! I like the IV drip analogy. I imagine lots of healthy vitamins in that drip :-)

All the little nutrients that go into building a healthy relationship. OK, find an illustrator and put that image into the eBook!

Been focusing on one hour TV pilots the past year and a half. I have 5-6 sitcom ideas to get into. But in everything I have done from my microphone work in pro wrestling to my football documentary and covering of pro football there has always been comedy written into my work, and it always will! More to come...

This is a very important concept. You have to strike the right balance between keeping them in mind without getting annoying. On our project the two groups that didn't get invited to work on the film were the ones that fell off the radar (only interacted with them once) and the ones that emailed, texted and called so much that they became an annoyance. Despite us appreciating their eagerness it tainted our perception of them. http://ow.ly/LBmVR
So true Mike... it is a fine line!

Plus each person is different. What might work woith one person may not work with someone else. Have to really know the individual to find that balance.
