In this business, because of the love and passion people feel for the creative process, it's easy to work from wake to sleep, day after day. But I think it is VERY important to take a break, take a rest, spend time with friends and family. As they say, no one on their death bed ever said, "I wish I had worked more." http://ow.ly/LBmVR
