Anything Goes : Marketing your film....ugh by Mike Tyrrell

I love producing, writing, directing, camera work, lighiting... but it seems in this wonderful age of social media I'm spending more time marketing through Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Instrgram etc. thank making films, and I'm not sure it's having any kind of effect. I tried to hire someone to do the social media marketing but none of the applicants seemd to have much energy or spark. Anyone on here have any luck with the marketing side of their project?
