ETIQUETTE! If you don't know what it is, buy a small paperback. FIRST IMPRESSIONS! If you don't know a person well, be careful about mentioning that your project needs $$ + avoid the TMI trap (where you spill about personal problems) or make excuses. Yikes.

The etiquette required in the entertainment business goes across the board with most businesses. Creating relationships and understanding emotional intelligence is vital. Staying in touch with people depends on the circumstance of how the relationship was established.
