Well work i guess would be based on the relationship between you and Producers so when you have friends that are producers you are more likely to get a job. Secondly positioning your work in the market also plays an important role too.

That's exactly right Musa! Relationships are key to getting work!
Jessica is absolutely correct, you can have all the talent in the world, but if you don't work on the relationship, you're gonna have a tough time.
