Funny interview, Shawn. I've been a Tom Waits fan for a long time and enjoyed the Dark Knight, but for some reason never drew the comparison. Hard to deny the similarity in vocal timbre after watching that interview.
And the way Tom walked in and stood there all awkward. I think Heath nailed the mannerisms too!
Love Tom Waits. Was much quirkier in his younger years, I think. Not a bad actor either, really.
Wow, the compere is Don Lane, he's American, NYC, but a variety show host in Australia, hugely popular - I thought Tom was rather good, considering, - yes, I see what you mean re Heath Ledger, who also is Australian, good stuff, Shawn.
