Introduce Yourself : Hello from Mumbai, India by Sarim Momin

My first writing job eight years ago paid me 500 INR (around 8 Dollars). And in order to do that I had to give up a job offer in Computer Programming, where I was offered a salary and a stable income of around 1900 Dollars per month (which converts to a lot of money in Indian Currency). I had to burn many bridges to reach here. And ironically I am building new bridges now so that I can connect to you talented friends around the world through this website. Today I am writing feature films for the best directors in the country who have won awards from Cannes to Berlins. And am about to start my own debut as a Director. All I need is Prayers, Blessings and Love from all who are on Stage 32. You are my extended family if I consider myself a child of creativity. Happy to be on Stage 32.
