Hi there I am currently adapting a novel based on a true story into a screenplay. I have been given the film rights to get it produced so I have my work cut out. It is a Christian thriller. I have never done anything like this before but my faith has got me this far... I attended my first webinar on Thursday last on this site...it was fantastic...although I forgot that California time is way behind us in London...so I had to get up at 3am - 5am and then just go straight to work...but it was worth it... I am so enjoying this site....Enjoy the rest of your day guys....

Hi Bev, I'm in the film distribution business with Black Wolf Media Group and we also have production capabilities. Our retailers are asking for Faith-based films for 2016, so I highly encourage you to finish your screenplay. As you say you're new to screenplay writing, I advise using screenwriting software which will take the hassle out of formatting. I personally use "Final Draft 9" and after learning just a few keyboard shortcuts you can be off and running with a perfectly formatted, industry approved, screenplay.
