I guess it's always been the same for me whenever I want to introduce someone during my storytelling, I just go for it the same as if they were sitting, standing or laying down in the same room I'm in after I've done gone off on a tangent about this that or anything I think is important but my character has to speak up to be heard so I like to make them speak out with some outrageous imagery like something breaking, a kiss and hug on a waiting platform with a train arriving at the train station, a news flash on the television, or someone outside the door wanting to get noticed or an argument on the verge of a fight, maybe even a mysterious death because I think that is what best captures what I'm going for in my storytelling.
