Introduce Yourself : Releasing an independent pilot by Edward Reid

Hi there. I'm in post production for my pilot, "The Grand Prince of Moscow". This is my first project, so I'm sure there are going to be many challenges with this. I have all the relevant site created for the production. My website is www.thegrandprinceofmoscow.com. I am on a limited budget. I am asking for any suggestions on what to do and where to go with the pilot now? Query letters (I realize many agents probably want screenplays that are not produced)? Self-distribution (I only have one episode)? Please tell me what you think would be the best route to go now (prior to the release) and after the release of the pilot? I am looking for any guidance.
