5 features, 2 TV series, 1 reality show written. Log Lines still suck. How is a 2 sentence summary more difficult than a 90 page script? The challenge is on-going. There may be an underdog story in there somewhere about log Lines? Here's a new one for you. Suggestions? Approvals? Requests? /cheers

That's not a log line, is a description of your setting. What's the story? Who's it about? What's it about?

Its a cool location but what's the story? who are we following? what do they have to do in the story and why? its not just living in prison. A good logline template for this would be - In a world where X, THIS person must VERB this before/or else THIS consequence occurs.

Perhaps I should point out that this is a TV series, not a single entity film. It's a Series because the story plots are almost limitless. With the right people in a writer's room, this could be amazing with the foundation I've built. The story arc is about the people - ALL the people. Community. The people on the station, off the station. The families of the people on the station, and how the people of the station got to the station... In that, I suppose the story is about a average-Joe chiropractor gets greedy and finds himself in a satellite prison colony where everything can and will break. Over the course of 5 seasons, this Chiropractor goes from scared simpleton new fish to prison king pin using the rules of to his advantage.
Thanks, Ellis. Good call. /cheers
