I'm Angela and I live in midtown Atlanta. When I first found this site a few years ago, I had no idea what an incredible resource I'd stumbled on. At that time I only dreamed about getting back into the arts and being a part of a network like this. I fell in love with movies and acting at a very early age (my mom says that as a 3 year old I'd stand on tables and proclaim that I was going to be a movie star. I've never really stopped doing that). My life revolved around theater during high school and college. I became an intern at the Alliance Theater and planned to pursue a career as an actor when I took a short corporate detour. Next thing I knew I'd spent 20+ years in financial services and education and started my own logistics business (which is a flexible job and I still do it to earn money to support my movie habit). During that time I did a little theater, a couple of student films and I kept watching movies. It's really difficult to put together a short list of favorites since there are so many movies I love for so many reasons - Being There, Gone With the Wind, The Thin Man, Notorious, Chameleon Street, Manon of the Spring... In 2013, I was fortunate enough to meet a cinematographer and musician who worked with me to make Ms. Glo, my first documentary and I just posted the trailer for it (not sure if I'm supposed to?). I learned a great deal about the collaborative process of making an independent film and look forward to working with fun, talented folks like yourselves to entertain, inspire, and uplift audiences!

Thanks Shawn! Apologize for the late reply...between work and meeting new people it's been wonderfully hectic. I love Stage 32!
