Thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Jack, a screenwriter/director/filmmaker living in Liverpool, UK. While I'm not being a film student, I spend my time running my press company for Lucha Libre (Mexican Wrestling). I signed up to here way before I knew what I wanted to do, and now that I know, I think this place can help me and my upcoming work. That's me and what I do. - Jack.

Hi Jack, striking photo, very different, welcome.
@Joey, At a very young age, I found myself obsessed with Mexican culture. All of it from the food to their entertainment, one day I found a film "Blue Demon contra el Poder Satánico" (Blue Demon vs. The Satanic Power) and although my Spanish wasn't very good, I was fascinated by the main character, the luchador Blue Demon. I looked into him and found more about Lucha Libre (which is their term for Mexican Wrestling) and the fact that it's what they hold very highly in a form of entertainment. From their, I looked into more and more stuff finding myself falling deeper into this world full of colour, where Masks hide your identity but they are your identity at the same time. I witnessed a match which pitted two of these Luchadors against one another both putting their masks on the line, and once it was over, there was grown men and women crying. There was a dead silence, as if someone had died. I founded a press company titled LuchaDubs with the goal of bringing Lucha Libre from Mexico to the United Kingdom. From there the idea has grown between ourselves and a larger version of us based in California, USA, to create a television series featuring creative styles and this golden art of Lucha Libre at it's true core. Right now, we're building to attempting this, but the main issue with such project with such creativity and Lucha Libre (in which because of the WWE, people disregard as child-like entertainment while Lucha Libre is less of a Entertainment form and more of a culture) is finding funding.
