Screenwriting : Writing partner? Comedy punch-up by William Simon

Oops ...cut me off before I had gotten started. I'm a best-selling book author (NYT and international) and Writers Guild member, and the writer of about 8 unproduced screenplays. My current one has been a semi-finalist and finalist in several festivals, including Austin. At the moment I'm putting together ideas for a new screenplay -- dramatic, based on relationship issues of three couples. It's serious stuff, but I want it to have laughs as well. So I'm interested in hearing from anybody who does comedy and would like to explore working with me as a writing partner, or doing punch-up. For you're in the LA area, that would be a huge plus.
