What App do You Shoot Video with on Your Smartphone and/or Tablet?

First off, I use an Android device...have been for a couple of years. My 9 inch tablet running KitKat doesn't allow for the filming of video directly to the MicroSD card. Plus, the video features and the camera on the tablet are really, really bad. Just recently, in the last couple of weeks, I bought an LG GPad 7.0 that runs the new Lollipop OS. I got it mainly because of my work with my church, where I'm Minister of Media. There is always some inspirational dace, or a special song, going on at the services, and I don't have time to set up my Canon 60D each time, so I normally don't bring it with me. So firing up the GPad and using a camera app really appealed to me. So I paid the $2.49 and bought the Cinema FV-5 app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flavionet.android.cine...) for the GPad, and I love it. Audio level metering, being able to use an external microphone is a real bonus, I think. Plus, there's historgrams, white balance controls, ISO controls and a handy on-screen exposure control for use while recording or not. I can't cite to you how many advanced things this app can do because I simply don't have time. But I'd like to know what the other Stage32 users are shooting HD video with on their smarphones/tablets.

If you want the best app for shooting video I would recommend getting an iPhone and then using Hyperlapse from Instagram. It's the best app ever.

Steve, I thought Hyperlapse was made by Microsoft. Anyway, I was talking about what you like about Hyperlapse, not a phone recommendation. Do you shoot video with Hyperlapse, just because it takes shaky videos and makes a smooth time-lapse of it? Or does it give you good camera controls that you can't find anywhere else? Are you looking for substance or style from your app? That kinda thing! Let's keep the conversation flowing here...
