My name is John Johnson and i live in Los Angeles. I've been a member of Stage 32 since July 2014. It is the far best networking source for me as a writer then any source i've known. I am a Screenwriter and Playwright with two completed screenplays and a stage play. Screenplay, "The Stevens family", log line: A southern baptist prominent pastor and his two sons, a police officer and a gang banger resort to violence when his 16 years old run away daughter is held captive by a porn producer in Los Angeles. Screenplay: "Draywood Prophecy" Logline: A 12 year-old boy is propelled into gangs after watching his father butcher his mother to death". (Being revised) Stage Play, "The Drip", log line: A hospital doctor euthanizes hypochondria patients for profit. Also i have a completed sitcom pilot entitle, "Up the Ladder". I'm seeking representation.

Hi Julie. It's a pleasure to be part of such a network. I learned of Stage 32 after attending a powerful workshop with Christine Conradt, and when I saw it, it was like where have you been? To answer your question, I like writing feature better, and short scripts. Feature allow me the time to really work with a script. One day I had a funny idea for a sitcom so I wrote "Up The Ladder".
