TheRoom is one of the absolute BEST and highly critically acclaimed movies I've seen this year, written by Emma Donoghue. Phenomenal acting from a 9-YEAR OLD Jacob Tremblay. The writing is breathtaking. If it won't win ' Best Screenplay' (possibly 'Best Picture') - I will be devastated. I guess the biggest compliment I can give it -- I only wish I could have written it myself. ~ ilana mack

What a lovely tribute Ilana! I loved the book...but wasn't thrilled with the film, but I think that goes for most book/film adaptations.
