Introduce Yourself : Max Kaplan, 15 year old filmmaker by Max Kaplan

Hey all! My name is Max Kaplan, and I'm an aspiring 15 year-old director/writer/producer from Dayton, Ohio. I'm relatively new to Stage32 and I'm really excited to see what it can offer me! I've already had a few casting calls for my new short film "Reality" which in the first days of its Kickstarter campaign was promoted as Project of the Day, and has since garnered over 200% funding. I'm very lucky to have this much success at 15, and am trying to build up my portfolio to impress at film schools. I've directed over 15 short films since my 11th birthday, including "Field Shark" playing in film festivals around the country right now. I won 2nd Place for Best Picture at the first-ever 72 Hr. Film Challenge last year, and have since been brought on to www.youthfilmmaker.com as one of the main podcasters/bloggers.
